مرحباً بك في QC.AE ("الخدمة")، المقدّمة من هيال للخدمات الرقمية ("نحن" أو "نحنُ") ضمن مبادرات خدمة المجتمع. باستخدامك للخدمة أو إنشائك حساباً فيها فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط"). إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، فالرجاء عدم استخدام الخدمة.
الخدمة مقدَّمة حالياً بصفة تجريبية ولأغراض التقييم، وقد تكون غير مكتملة، وقد يتم تغييرها أو تعليقها أو إيقافها نهائياً في أي وقت ودون إشعار. قد تتغيّر الميزات والبيانات أو تُحذف خلال هذه المرحلة. يُرجى الاحتفاظ دائماً بنسخ من مستنداتك المهمة.
تساعدك QC.AE على إنشاء المستندات وتوقيعها وختمها وتنظيمها والتحقّق منها ومشاركتها، وتوفّر مساعداً ذكياً آلياً يقرأ المستندات (مثل الرخص والهويات) لمساعدتك في تعبئة البيانات. وأنت المسؤول عن مراجعة جميع المعلومات وتأكيدها.
يجب أن تقدّم معلومات صحيحة وأن تحافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك. وأنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
توافق على استخدام الخدمة للأغراض المشروعة فقط، وللمستندات المخوّل لك التعامل معها فقط. ويُمنع رفع أي محتوى غير قانوني، أو انتهاك حقوق الغير، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إليها، أو إساءة استخدامها بأي شكل.
إن التوقيع الإلكتروني والختم ورمز التحقّق (QR) التي توفّرها الخدمة هي أدوات للتوقيع المرئي وضبط المستندات، وليست بديلاً عن التوقيع الإلكتروني المعتمد أو المُلزِم قانوناً (مثل الهوية الرقمية UAE PASS أو الختم الإلكتروني المعتمد). وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن استيفاء أي مستند للمتطلبات القانونية المنطبقة عليك.
يقرأ المساعد الذكي المستندات آلياً وقد ينتج عنه أخطاء أو نتائج غير مكتملة. يجب عليك مراجعة أي معلومات مُستخرَجة أو مُولَّدة والتحقّق منها قبل الاعتماد عليها. ولا نضمن دقّة مخرجات المساعد الذكي.
تحتفظ بملكية المستندات والبيانات التي ترفعها. وتمنحنا إذناً محدوداً بتخزينها ومعالجتها لغرض تقديم الخدمة لك فقط.
الخدمة وبرمجياتها وتصميمها ومحتواها (باستثناء مستنداتك) ملك لنا ومحميّة قانوناً. ولا يجوز نسخها أو تعديلها أو إعادة توزيعها دون إذن.
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توفّرها" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة كانت أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو الدقّة أو الموثوقية أو التوفّر أو عدم الانتهاك. ولا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة متواصلة أو خالية من الأخطاء أو آمنة، ولا أن البيانات لن تُفقَد.
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لن تتحمّل هيال للخدمات الرقمية، ولا فريقها، ولا شركاؤها، ولا المساهمون فيها، أي مسؤولية مهما كانت عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، ولا عن أي فقدان للبيانات أو المستندات أو الأرباح أو الأعمال أو السمعة، تنشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة (أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها) أو تتعلق بها — حتى لو تم إبلاغنا باحتمال وقوع هذه الأضرار. أنت تستخدم الخدمة على مسؤوليتك الكاملة. وحيثما تعذّر استبعاد المسؤولية قانوناً، فإنها تكون محدودة إلى أدنى حدّ يسمح به القانون.
توافق على تعويضنا وإبراء ذمّتنا من أي مطالبة أو ضرر ينشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة أو مخالفتك لهذه الشروط.
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك في أي وقت ولأي سبب ودون إشعار. ويمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت.
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدَّثة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Welcome to QC.AE (the "Service"), provided by Hayaal Digital Services ("we", "us", "our") as part of its community service initiatives. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is currently offered on a trial ("beta") basis for evaluation. It may be incomplete and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Features and data may change or be removed during this phase. Always keep your own copies of important documents.
QC.AE helps you create, sign, stamp, organize, verify, and share business documents, and offers an automated AI assistant that reads documents (such as licenses or IDs) to help you fill in details. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all information.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for documents you are authorized to handle. You must not upload unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or misuse it in any way.
The electronic signatures, stamps, and QR verification provided by the Service are tools for visual signing and document control. They are not a substitute for a government-certified or legally-binding electronic signature (such as UAE PASS or an accredited e-seal). You are solely responsible for ensuring that any document meets the legal requirements that apply to you.
The AI assistant reads documents automatically and may produce errors or incomplete results. You must review and verify any extracted or generated information before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the AI output.
You keep ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited permission to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service, its software, design, and content (excluding your documents) belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that data will not be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hayaal Digital Services, its team, partners, and contributors shall have no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, documents, profits, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or damage arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
