توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية تعامل QC.AE، المقدّمة من هيال للخدمات الرقمية ("نحن")، مع معلوماتك. باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
ولا نبيع معلوماتك.
قد تُعالَج المستندات آلياً بواسطة مساعد ذكي لقراءتها واستخراج المعلومات منها. وتُستخدم هذه المعالجة لتقديم الخدمة لك فقط.
نتّخذ تدابير معقولة لحماية معلوماتك. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تماماً، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق. وأنت تستخدم الخدمة على مسؤوليتك (راجع شروط الاستخدام).
لا نشارك مستنداتك مع أطراف أخرى إلا بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة، أو امتثالاً للقانون، أو بناءً على تعليماتك (مثل اختيارك مشاركة مستند).
قد نتيح وصولاً للقراءة فقط لجهة حكومية أو تنظيمية مخوّلة عندما يقتضي ذلك القانون أو طلب نظامي. هذا الوصول مقصور على الاطّلاع — لا يمكن لتلك الجهة تعديل أو توقيع أو حذف أي شيء — ويُسجَّل كل سجلّ تفتحه في سجل التدقيق.
أنت تتحكّم في مستنداتك ويمكنك حذفها في أي وقت. ويؤدّي حذف محتواك إلى إزالته من الاستخدام الفعّال.
خلال المرحلة التجريبية، قد تُعاد البيانات إلى وضعها الأولي أو تُحذف. يُرجى الاحتفاظ دائماً بنسخ من مستنداتك المهمة.
نستخدم التخزين المحلي في متصفّحك لإبقائك مسجّلاً ولتذكّر تفضيل لغتك. ولا نستخدمه لأغراض إعلانية.
يمكنك الوصول إلى معلومات حسابك أو تحديثها أو حذفها من داخل الخدمة، أو بالتواصل معنا.
الخدمة مخصّصة للأعمال والبالغين (١٨ عاماً فأكثر) وليست موجَّهة للأطفال.
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه السياسة في أي وقت. واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني موافقتك على السياسة المحدَّثة.

This Privacy Policy explains how QC.AE, provided by Hayaal Digital Services ("we", "us"), handles your information. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
We do not sell your information.
Documents may be processed automatically by an AI assistant to read and extract information from them. This processing is used solely to provide the Service to you.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk (see the Terms of Use).
We do not share your documents with third parties except as needed to operate the Service, to comply with the law, or on your instruction (for example, when you choose to share a document).
Where required by law or by an authorized regulator, we may provide read-only access to records to a government or regulatory body. Such access is view-only — they cannot edit, sign, or delete anything — and every record they open is recorded in the audit log.
You control your documents and may delete them at any time. Deleting your content removes it from active use.
During the testing phase, data may be reset or removed. Please always keep your own copies of important documents.
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use it for advertising.
You may access, update, or delete your account information from within the Service, or by contacting us.
The Service is intended for businesses and adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
